We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Completions Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of well completion operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with operational leadership to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-performing wells.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and execute comprehensive well completion programs aligned with project and production objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with drilling, reservoir, and production teams to ensure operational integration and efficiency
• Prepare detailed completion programs, technical procedures, cost forecasts, and post-job reports
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Analyze post-completion data to evaluate well performance and drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
• Lead and manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality execution and operational excellence

Required Skills & Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of completion systems, tools, and downhole equipment
• Proven experience in stimulation, workover, and well intervention operations
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard engineering software and data analysis tools
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to perform decisively in high-pressure, fast-paced operational environments
