About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director of Membership and Global you will be responsible for growing the membership and ensuring access to valued membership benefits. You will provide professional support in all areas of membership relations to the President, Officers and Directors as well as the operational leadership and management of staff in the directorate.
This is a chance to join a high performing membership team to deliver a five-year strategy while providing leadership to manage and develop the Membership, Research and Information Services Teams in line with the College Policies and Procedures. While developing and promoting RCOG services and benefits to the membership, increasing members’ perceptions of the value they get from membership delivering the highest levels of customer care, and effective membership engagement.
