Director with executive-level experience and presence, to support the CMP, Business Enablement and Operations and the CMP, Quality and Risk Management to assist in effective operation of the BES function. This will be accomplished by helping with the organization, oversight, program management, business planning and execution of strategic priorities that are critical in meeting the needs of our BES teams. The role has four primary components: Supports the Canadian Managing Partner (CMP) - Business Enablement and Operations; Supports the Canadian Managing Partner (CMP) – Quality & Risk Management Plays a leadership role with the Business Enablement Leadership team; Directs key strategic priority areas for BES Application deadline is March 10 What you will do Support and advise CMP - Business Enablement and Operations and CMP – Quality & Risk Management to define and deliver against strategic and operational initiatives. Review and keep CMPs advised on all global COO and QRM materials; help CMPs prepare for meetings Lead strategic BES initiatives – project ownership, design and development Deliver back office change initiatives Program management – ownership of agendas, preparation, attendance, facilitation, action items, communications and follow up for BES Leadership meetings. Support the business planning process for BES and liaise with the geographic teams to ensure there is consistency in application and no duplication of efforts Support in the effective deployment of BES SOQM controls Ensure alignment of the BES strategy to the overall firm strategy and drive synergies between business unit priorities Build and develop relationships across firm to drive alignment, lead change and create connectivity Create and maintain cross-functional and global relationships to enable leadership success Connect people across the organization Work closely with the S&O to the CMP, Clients & Markets Be an active member in the Firm Management Support Team What you bring to the role Development of operational strategies and their successful implementation History of cross-functional collaboration and leading projects that deliver results via people that you do not directly manage Data-first problem solver with sound business judgement and demonstrated operational excellence Proven relationship development and project management skills in complex stakeholder management environments Practical strategic, operational and financial analysis acumen applied in executive roles Comfort and experience working across global networks internally and externally (e.g. vendors and partners) Project management and/or process improvement experience Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, comfort with French is desirable but bilingualism is not essential Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills University Degree in a related discipline. This may include an undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Economics, Management/Business Administration, Data Sciences, and Communications This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG. KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $115,500 to $193,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
