Job Description: The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the overall operational administration of the Outpatient Services Department. As a member of Senior management, this position ensures the developement, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistant with the facility's goals and objectives, and actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing and providing total patient care and services. Reports directly to the Associate Administrator while maintaining a collaborative working relationship and communication with all Senior Management members. Experience: 5-8yrs prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting. Licensure/Certification: TN Social Work License (LMSW,LCSW or LPC) required. Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of management, supervision, patient case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, family therapy theory and practice.
