Join our Digital Transformation team within Ignition, where we partner with the Tax & Legal practice to deliver impactful technology enablement. As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful execution of technology enablement across our Tax & Legal practice. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that technology delivers tangible value and is embraced across the business. What you will do Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning them with digital solutions Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive digital transformation in alignment with business priorities Assess current processes and technologies to identify improvement opportunities Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather insights and co-create solutions with Product Development Use data analysis and market research to develop business cases and strategic recommendations Maintain transparency through regular briefings and feedback loops Proactively manage stakeholder expectations Technology Bridge Develop project deliverables, including strategic road maps and implementation plans, to guide clients through transformation journeys Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables within budget Identify additional services or products to benefit stakeholders and enhance revenue Communicate stakeholder feedback to delivery teams to improve offerings Change Management & Adoption Support change management activities including communications and trainings Provide Level 2 support during implementation and hyper-care periods What you bring to the role A university degree (or similar) in related discipline Experience in digital transformation, business analysis or technology enablement A minimum of 3 years of professional experience within a complex, organizational environment Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively Entrepreneurial spirit and resourceful Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without formal authority Familiarity with change management practices and tools Providing you with the support you need to be at your best Our Values, The KPMG Way Integrity, we do what is right | Excellence, we never stop learning and improving | Courage, we think and act boldly | Together, we respect each other and draw strength from our differences | For Better, we do what matters KPMG in Canada is a proud equal opportunities employer and we are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and barrier-free workplace that allows all of our people to reach their full potential.
