The Opportunity

As a Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) Data Associate you will engage in solution development, data analysis, and business process improvement to support client engagements. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role, you will work within the Audit and Assurance group, focusing on data, analytics, and technology solutions. You will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Assisting in the execution of data-driven assurance projects to support client needs
- Utilizing data analysis techniques to transform and model data for insightful decision-making
- Developing solutions using programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R to address complex data challenges
- Implementing data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI to create interactive reports and dashboards
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality
- Conducting financial risk analysis to evaluate potential impacts on client projects
- Collaborating with team members to support auditing processes and ensure data integrity
- Leveraging automation platforms like Alteryx to streamline data processing and analysis tasks
- Participating in solution development to meet project requirements and client expectations
- Applying knowledge of accounting methods to support accurate financial reporting and compliance

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor& 39;s degree in at least one of the following field(s) of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration/Management, or Computer Programming
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

What Sets You Apart

- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA
- Demonstrating proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages
- Utilizing Alteryx for data automation and analytics

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
