What we are looking for: Technical Knowledge Knowledge of Android OS and/or iOS Knowledge and experience using Cloud storage services is desirable Communication & Customer Support Excellent customer service skills, with a good grasp of understanding customers’ needs by asking appropriate probing questions and who thrives in a team environment Excellent verbal, written, grammar and interpersonal communication skills in your supporting language & English Strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in a clear and simple manner, with a proper dose of empathy.
