The Rapiscan Customer Experience Internship Program is a ten-to-twelve-week summer internship for undergraduate students. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities in our Technical Support, Training, and Product Reliability departments at our Torrance, CA office. Responsibilities Intern will be exposed to the Rapiscan product portfolio. Internship will rotate and spend time with the following departments: Rapiscan Learning Academy, Technical Support, Field Service and Product Reliability. Responsibilities include: Project exposure Service Reporting Shadowing a senior service representative during a customer interaction Reliability analytics Training development Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Qualifications Selected candidate must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Candidates in their 3rd or 4th year of schooling preferred. Experience using Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel, preferred. Must be detailed oriented. Strong communication skills verbal and written.
