Overview:

Fitting Room Associate - Lincoln, NE

Scheels is currently seeking a Fitting Room Associate to join our team of customer experience experts. This individual is responsible for overseeing merchandise in the fitting room and providing world class customer service.  Ideal availability for this position will be between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Assures customers are receiving world class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms
• Partners with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals
• Checks customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
• Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
• Be knowledgeable to answer question concerting location, price and use of merchandise
• Assists in answering phones in a polite and courteous manner
• Willing to help with other projects throughout the store
• Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth

Expert Experience:

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma, or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Activity:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Schedule:

Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, may include occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.  Full and Part Time hours are available in this role.
