Responsibilities

- Supporting corporate finance teams in executing acquisition strategies and business valuations
- Participating in financial modeling and analysis to assist in mergers and acquisitions

- Assisting with financial forecasting and financial statement analysis to evaluate company performance
- Contributing to the development of investment valuations and M&A modeling
- Observing and learning from professionals in the field of corporate finance and client support

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application. The salary range for this position is: $53.00 - $53.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
