Key Responsibilities:
•Regulatory Compliance:
o Oversee compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, including company registration, licensing, tax, labor laws, and other statutory requirements.
o Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and adherence to regulations.
•Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement strategies to align with regulatory requirements while optimizing business objectives.
o Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on regulatory matters and policy changes impacting business operations.
•Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi government agencies, regulators, and industry associations.
o Represent the company in negotiations, audits, and regulatory discussions.
•Risk Management:
o Identify potential regulatory risks and implement mitigation plans.
o Stay updated on legislative changes and trends to anticipate their impact on the organization.
•Corporate Governance:
o Ensure best practices in corporate governance are followed in compliance with Saudi legal frameworks.
o Oversee documentation and reporting required by regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Education:
o Bachelor&
39;s or Master&
39;s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
•Experience:
o Minimum [05 years] experience in a corporate role, with significant exposure to Saudi regulatory frameworks.
o Strong understanding of local business culture and practices.
•Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
o Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
