Preparing Comms plans & work plans for company brand activations. Project management of cross-functional projects, partnering closely with external vendors, creative team, office services, etc. Assist in the production and logistics of in-person events and activations, and staffing company events. Drafting, building, and posting recaps and articles for ELC’s internal digital workplace, MyELC. Scheduling content in ELC’s content management platform, Opal. Collaborating on content for ELCO pages; maintaining to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. Liaising and overseeing vendor payments with finance and external partners. Submitting creative requests for ELC brand campaigns and assets, and collect feedback throughout review process in partnership with creative team. Manage logistics for ELC photo and video shoots. Ad-hoc administrative duties. Qualifications 1 to 2 years experience required Must be highly detail oriented with strong time management and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and able to independently prioritize work to meet tight deadlines. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of business partners. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Excellent organizational skills. Strong executive presence. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $27.60 to $40.95. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
