We are a vertically integrated Oil & Gas operating company in India, seeking an experienced coil tubing supervisor to plan & supervise operations for long horizontal wells. If you& 39;ve led jobs from planning to final execution successfully- with zero third-party support - this is your arena.

1.?Lead and supervise coil tubing operations for well interventions in horizontal wells,
2.Can plan & execute cleanout operation post multi-stage plug-n-perf frac completion completed using dissolvable plugs
3.Have enough experience working with 1.75" & 2" OD Coil for plug milling, cleanout & well intervention jobs
4.Design and validate BHA Configuration (mills, jetting nozzles, motors, agitation tools)
5.Understands choke settings and manage drawdown to prevent any sand flowback during cleanout
6. Can identify and advise the risk areas like stuck coil situation, plug remmants, sand in the lateral and implement contingency plans to mitigate the same
7.Should have experience to ensure complete safety on surface with BOP, Strippers, Gate valve operation
8. Can advise use of non-damaging fluid for cleanout operation
9.Can maintain & prepare cleanout logs, lessons learnt, SOP, checklist, coil fatigue
10.Should be able to train the team during the operation.
