ZS IT Support teams are aligned with the company’s business strategy and operating model and aims to provide its 10,000 plus employees and their clients the right tools and information for high performance. The IT organization focuses on providing products and services to ZS to ensure successful business outcomes. This involves providing a scalable, sustainable and reliable IT infrastructure, customized applications, messaging and collaboration products, Business Intelligence and Database administration support along with a reliable 24*7 uninterrupted high-quality technology support services.   CLOUD APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR Cloud Application Administrator will be responsible for configuration, maintenance, access management and performance of applications implemented as part of ZS China Cloud Solutions. This can include conducting internal application security tests, provide access to the application based on approved change request, perform patching of the applications etc. It will also include collaborating with external teams, working with external vendors, occasionally working with client teams, creating incident reports and collaborating in RCAs etc. What You’ll Do   Monitor and manage existing application development and production systems. Perform Identity and Access Management activities including user management and licensing. Test, implement, and support applications and reports; analyze, troubleshoot and tune product performance or deployment issues. Conduct data and configuration changes across different application environments. Ability to support multi-tenant applications including troubleshooting, general system maintenance, and implementing security enhancements. Appropriately triaging and addressing support ticket queue. Provide on-call support as required. Refine and enhance the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business demands and new software releases. What You’ll Bring   BE/BTech degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or related field, with record of high academic achievement. At least 2 years of experience with administration of Business Intelligence or similar applications; experience with MicroStrategy and/or Tableau a plus. Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and AWS RDS is a plus. Experience in a professional services firm and environment a plus. Eagerness to contribute in a global, team-oriented environment . Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong customer service skills.
