Responsibilities Foundations San Francisco's Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive, integrated outpatient treatment with flexible daytime and evening programs to address addiction and mental health issues in a supportive atmosphere. The Clinical Supervisor will work with addiction, mental health issues, and co-occurring diagnoses and within a dynamic treatment team. The program offers an integrative and holistic approach with group/individual/family therapy, yoga therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, and medication management that can be an exciting opportunity to learn and implement various client centered therapeutic modalities to best work with individuals in recovery. This is a salaried with benefits and flexible position with day hours starting at 9 AM and/or evening hours going until 8 PM. Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Qualifications Key Responsibilities include: · Conducts individual and group therapy sessions with clients • Conducts couples therapy and family therapy as needed · Responsible for a caseload and client case management · Computer literate with familiarity with electronic health records · Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently · Foster relationships with referents to consult on client progress · Participates in weekly case consultation treatment team meetings · Conducts utilization reviews · Maintains compliant and comprehensive documentation · Completes Assessments and Intakes as scheduled · Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff · Ensures compliance with all appropriate professional standards, licensing/certification and clinical requirements. · Serves as point person for clinical audits and concerns. · Performs all other duties as required or assigned Position Requirements: • Master’s or doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field • Licensed in the state of California • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mental health and/or substance abuse field needed AND minimum 1 year experience as a Clinical Supervisor.
