«out the Role: Position: Client Manager (triResolve) Level: Analyst Department: Client Relationship and Services, triResolve Reports to: Team Leader, Client Relationship and Services About the Role As a Client Manager within the triResolve team, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement for our OTC derivative portfolio reconciliation service for our global clients. Acting as the primary contact for clients, you’ll support service delivery, troubleshoot trade data issues, and provide training, working closely with our global product, development, and sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry, focusing on customer care, product improvement, and client onboarding. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Support Organise client demos and assist in the pre-sales process, guiding clients through onboarding, setup, and testing to ensure smooth integration. Provide daily support for assigned accounts, responding to client needs via email, phone, and in person. Trade Data Analysis & Issue Resolution Review and analyze trade data for accurate portfolio reconciliation, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Stay informed on current market regulations to deliver consistent, compliant service. Customer Care & Engagement Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, health checks, and onsite visits. Conduct training sessions to promote advanced service usage, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to maximize client engagement and satisfaction. Productivity & Product Development Support Identify and raise requests for new product features, collaborating with Product Management and Development teams on requirements and user testing, contributing to ongoing service enhancement. Actively contribute to workflow and service improvements that enhance the overall client experience. Ideal Skills & Experience Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German is a plus. Detail-oriented with an understanding of financial products, particularly OTC derivatives. Experience or familiarity with trade data, collateral management, or regulatory processes. Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in learning and using advanced spreadsheet functions. Tech-savvy with a foundational understanding of databases or an interest in technology is highly advantageous.
