Description


Purpose of the job: Sales Engineer as Himel Brand ambassador and work together with project sales leader to drive territory revenue, focusing on the project environment. He/she will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales with a strong network in the Electrical Market in project background and process strong relationship with related stakeholders (consultants, developers, utilities, etc.). He/she will interact directly with key players and provide technical and commercial support for Himel offers. We are looking for someone that can make a significant impact by having the ability to build, negotiate and close large (complex) deals, someone that can have the skills to lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients. Job responsibilities: 1. Promote All Himel products to Channel Partners, Consultants, developers, utilities, panel builders, etc. 2. Sustain and develop relationship with all customers/ partners etc… 3. Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned KPIs 4. Implement the marketing and sales Strategy for the assigned set of countries. 5. Propose optimized techno-commercial offering based on Himel latest product features. 6. Gather project information and build efficient projects Pipeline. 7. Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to secure the project. 8. Managing Projects to increase sales and ensure efficiency; Prepare monthly & Quarterly Sales forecast . 9. Maintain market trend awareness in Electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding and events… 10. Ensure high level of service provided to partners and customers. 11. Organize Quarterly business review with Partners , to create corrective action plan and understanding to enhance the business. Qualifications Essential Professional Experience: 1. 3 years in relevant Sales & Export roles 2. Project Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners. 3. Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions : Low Voltage electrical products , power distribution, industrial control products, etc. 4. Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries’ sales. Desirable Qualifications 1. A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market. 2. Worked in leading companies in the Electrical Industry 3. Experience in penetrating New Markets 4. Good Business Understanding with LV Product Knowledge, Product Competitor knowledge, strong Technical knowledge, interpersonal skill , Negotiation skill, Customer relationship Personal Skills 1. Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization 2. Good communication and presentation skills 3. Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotas 4. Strategic view, team work and quick execution with a sense of speed 5. Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. 6. Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment. Education background: 1. BS degree, Electrical Engineering background is preferred Others: English-speaking Computer Skills: MS Office Schedule: Full-time Req: 008OSK
