You will report to Taiwan Secure Power Head. PRIMARY ROLE Sales ╴Establish and enforce sales targets with strategy and initiatives with channels, distributors, and partners. ╴Work with internal governance team members to review sales strategy and conditions as well as subject matter experts opinions on solution and delivery risks mitigation approach. ╴Develop pricing tables and conduct analysis on the market conditions, customer requirements, and policies. ╴Business development on new partners, channels, and distributors for IT, ET, and SI. ╴Act as SPOC for OEM, Machinery, and C&I applications for Mid-South of Taiwan. Proposal Review and Negotiations ╴Conduct preliminary review of the client terms and condition of project during the bid stage and follow-up with the SMEs review of the contract (Financial, risk management, legal, technical). ╴Lead commercial and contract terms and conditions negotiation. ╴Act as V1 for Secure Power C&I and ET applications for customer negotiations and internal collaboration. Sales Reporting ╴Conduct sales review and target reporting ╴Strategize and set clear action items for sales target achievement ╴Manage distributor and channel targets Risk Assessment and Project execution ╴Conduct commercial risk assessment on bids. ╴Coordinate and direct the solution and project management team in the technical solution and delivery risk assessment of bids.
LI-ZL1 Qualifications KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES ╴Language proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) ╴Business experience in key ET segments (Semiconductor, Healthcare, Government, Power& Grid, or OEM/Machinery) ╴Excellent customer handling and relationship skills as well as conflict resolution skills. ╴Strong ability in developing relationships and communicating with senior business executives and business stakeholders. ╴Proven skills in the areas of business development, sales engagement, and relationship management. ╴Strong communicator – both written and verbal in technical and non-technical environment. ╴Demonstrate methodical work organization and adherence to process. ╴Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills. ╴Excellent business ethics and integrity. ╴Demonstrates flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements or multi-culture position. ╴Proven experience in Multi-location/Enterprise Customer Engagement process. ╴Good understanding of customer’s Mission Critical Infrastructure, Power (MV & LV), cooling (including chillers) and associated needs and issues of customers operating in a multi-location environment.
