Design and implement complex ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems. Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Data Integration: Implement data mappings, workflows, and sessions using Informatica IICS. Integrate data from on-premises databases, cloud applications, and third-party data sources. Ensure data quality and consistency through validation, cleansing, and transformation processes. Performance Tuning: Optimize ETL processes for maximum efficiency and scalability. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and project managers to deliver data integration solutions. Document technical designs, mappings, workflows, and processes. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Testing and Validation: Conduct unit and integration testing of ETL processes. Validate data accuracy and integrity post-migration and integration. Maintenance and Support: Maintain and enhance existing ETL workflows and data integration processes. Monitor production environments, resolve issues, and ensure data availability and integrity. What you’ll bring: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI). Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. Experience with ETL tools and data integration best practices. Experience: 1.5-2.5 years of experience in data integration and ETL development. Previous experience with Informatica PowerCenter or other data integration tools is a plus. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is desirable. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. Additional Skills: Informatica IICS certification is a plus.
