The Role: Business Finance Junior Analyst We are looking for a Business Finance Junior Analyst to support our operations. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in financial analysis and business support. As a Junior Analyst, you will assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and supporting business leaders with insights that drive performance. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to global finance operations. What will you do? Assist in preparing standard financial reports for forecasting, trending, and performance analysis Support in compiling and formatting financial data using spreadsheets and reporting tools Help analyze budget variances and cost trends Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks Collaborate with team members to track and review key performance indicators (KPIs) Learn and adapt to financial systems and tools used in global operation Who will be successful? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Good analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset Interest in digital tools and automation is a plus Willingness to work in a mid-shift schedule What’s in it for me?
