Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; science, pharmacy or medical backgrounds are an advantage. - Minimum 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales, field roles or account management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. - Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and mobile apps. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory. - Customer-focused mindset with integrity and a commitment to ethical behaviour. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical field roles. - Ability to interpret and communicate scientific or clinical information clearly. - Planning and analytical skills to develop and track territory performance. - Experience running professional or academic meetings. - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. - Fluency in additional local languages. Work location and pattern This role is on-site with regular travel across the assigned territory. Some flexible time for administrative work may be possible, but regular presence in the field is required.
