We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to take the lead in trade media and shopper marketing. In this high-impact role, you’ll bring brand strategy to life where it matters most—right at the point of purchase. You’ll be the mastermind behind insight-led, in-store campaigns that truly connect with shoppers and deliver real business results. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the CPG industry, someone who knows how to manage budgets, build cross-functional partnerships, and turn data into action. What your role is: Planning & Strategy: Contribute to the articulation and execution of annual brand briefs. Communications & Asset Development: Work with key agency partners to develop and execute best-in-class in-store assets across various formats. Execute the annual trade PR plan. Shopper Marketing & Product Launch Support: Execute omnichannel shopper marketing and trade PR plans. Support tradeshow execution for non-grocery partners. Performance Management & Measurement: Manage the monthly trade media budget planning and delivery. Understand past performance and leverage shopper and category data to improve future strategies. Measure and report on the success of initiatives post-activation. Execution: Proactively and timely lead the execution of marketing plans. What you will bring to the team: A passion for marketing with 2+ years of CPG experience, especially in shopper marketing. You know what it takes to bring brands to life in-store and are excited by the idea of shaping how shoppers connect with them. If you’ve worked on trade PR or trade shows, that’s a bonus—but your strength lies in understanding the path to purchase. You're confident with CPG data tools like Nielsen or Dunnhumby and know how to turn insights into action.
