The Bid Desk is looking for a talented and dynamic Pricing Lead to join the team. What you will do The Pricing Lead will be dedicated to developing and executing creative commercial strategies for multiple deals. This role requires a finance background to add value and support the rapid growth of pricing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, experience in crafting competitive pricing strategies, adept at managing variable volumes of work and have good communication skills. Responsibilities will include: Development and implementation of innovative pricing strategies to support multiple deals. Close collaboration with the finance and the bid team to ensure pricing models align with financial goals and objectives Analysis of market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective pricing structures. Monitoring and adjustment of pricing strategies to respond to market changes and business needs. Providing detailed financial analysis and reporting on pricing performance. Supporting the development of commercial strategies that drive business growth. Assisting in the industrialization of the processes to help scale the operations. What you bring to the role Strong background in finance, with experience in pricing and financial analysis. Experience with pricing for RFP/ RFI/ RFX Excellent analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proven track record of developing successful pricing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
