Responsibilities Bring impactful insights for the BU by setting up and managing integrated monthly reporting for BUs across data sources (Nielsen, Kantar, Global Data, BMS) Track business and brand performance by managing category and BU innovation tracking and KPI scorecard Formulate short (AOP) and long-term (IBP) penetration and market share targets Track performance based on AOP/ACP plan and adjust plans (marketing planning and calendar management) Update MWB tracker (Marketing KPIs) and identify deep dives Gather data points on execution performance for channel and customer growth strategy Gather relevant insights reports and identify gaps from reports for category strategy and management Produce insights report tailored for category strategy Setup and manage research projects for category vision development Perform deep dive from customer data, retail environment to identify customer needs Perform analyses for category and brand plans (incl. analysis of past performance) Standardized Market, Shopper, competitor + Ad hoc deep dives: Gather relevant data and analyze Develop approach to close gaps on channel and customer strategy and category strategy and management Prepare and conduct commercial negotiations, contracts and invoicing for vendors Analyze relevant market, shopper, competitor data (e.g., macroeconomic, consumer surveys, channel) Gather relevant insights reports and identify gaps (e.g., data, insights) - from reports/ data Produce insights report tailored for channel & customer strategy Qualifications Knowledge and practical experience with a wide scope of research methodologies and techniques (qualitative & quantitative) Understanding of analytical tools, knowledge of statistics and ability to process data from several sources to draw meaningful insights or recommendation to the business. Experience in Household Panel data is a plus MS Office – advanced user (PowerPoint, Excel) Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work towards tight deadlines Results orientated, demonstrated in Store-back thinking Proactive strategic thinker, with business acumen Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent project management skills Tag & Track Websites For Analytics Input, Accuracy, Data Analysis & Dashboarding on Digital Media Spend & Performance Activate Consumer Data via Email (CRM) and Email Opt-ins management Processes documentation and technical support
