As an AMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing an operational year plan for department activities, and suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures
As an AMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Handling standardized project processes
- Handling diverse clients in the region
- Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks
- Working closely with high level people from the business
- Specifying needs, communicating project approaches and presenting outcomes of research done
- Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
- Ensure all required KPI data is uploaded to global database for inclusion in the Global AMO Dashboard
- Ensure the proper Shop Supplies are being ordered consistently on items for workshops and manage usage to prevent abuse/unnecessary waste
- Ensure the monthly HSE reviews are being completed with support from local HSE
- Ensure Daily Tool Box talks are facilitated each morning (if applicable) and that all content is effective and sign in sheets completed and filed (including any 3rd Party & Field folks if working in shop)
- Own workshop HSE & Quality for your respective location
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the oilfield service industry
- Have the ability to communicate in English
- Familiar with Baker Hughes HSE and quality compliance requirements
- Have the ability to influence others and lead teams, and display strong problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees, and display excellent communication skills
