Prepare and animate process/data modelling kick-off and workshop with business experts (SMEs/Process Owners) to ensure the accuracy of BPMN models in ARIS Audit existing processes or libraries in ARIS to ensure compliance with BPMN/CoE standards and suggest optimizations based on business feedback Receive and consolidate new BPM requests for modelization, changes, issues or new Aris Features Structure, consolidate and improve Aris platform libraries (systems, datas, documents, roles…) Lead and support projects in relation to the Aris platform and/or BPM deployment within the company (examples: integration with other systems and methodologies) Support the BPM Senior Designer in their activities (Prepare and/or animate Coaching sessions for the Business designer community, coach other designers, testing of new features or new platform version…) Participate in the creation of BPM communication, documentation and training content to increase BPM competence and knowledge within GSK.
