You could become their next highly valued expert!!<br /><br />Your role as Senior Database Manager is to lead the Database team in providing support and strategic guidance to the Fundraising department in using Salesforce, ensuring data quality and integrity and provision of database training to maintain excellent standards.</p><p>You will also lead and oversee accurate and timely imports of supporter data to ensure the highest standards of quality and governance in data management.</p><p><br />You will collaborate and lead the teams in strategy and best practice to help maximise fundraising capabilities with 3 Database Executives to line manage. You'll have technical expertise with experience using BI tools, SQL and ETL processes. <br /><br />Skills we are seeking<br />* Demonstrable ability to conduct analysis and translate findings into easily communicated messages<br />* Strong working knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR<br />* Strong working knowledge of CRM systems<br />* Proven track record in documenting and optimising processes<br />* Ability to interrogate, understand and answer complex cases<br />* Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with ability to persuade, motivate and inspire<br />* Excellent analytical and numerical skills<br />* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels, across different functions within an organisation<br />* Strong people management skills and experience; enjoys and is committed to leading and developing others<br />* Able to budget and forecast expenditure and interpret financial information, to generate the financial insight needed to effectively manage the data and insight programme.<br /><br />If you feel you have strong database management experience and wish to join a team that loves going to work, please get in touch!
