We are working with Topside equipment within the hydraulic discipline. </b> <br><br> <b>Onesubsea Processing are present in different locations with the main office based in Sandsli, Bergen area. Our Assembly & Testing facilities are only 30 min. drive from the main office, and located in Askoy outside of Bergen. We are also based in Lysaker, Gjovik, Haugesund, Trondheim and Luster. Together we are almost 750 people and growing. Local connection will be preferred.</b><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <b>Job description:</b><br>As a Hydraulic Engineer take an active role in multidiscipline project teams related to design, specification, production follow-up and testing of hydraulic power units (HPUs) and other topside hydraulic equipment. You will interact with clients, certifying bodies and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products according to specifications.<br><br><b>Essential Responsibilities and Duties:</b><ul><li>Hydraulic lead for all Topside equipment.</li><li>Responsible for design, specification, production follow-up and testing of hydraulic power units (HPUs) and other topside hydraulic equipment</li><li>Act as Hydraulic Discipline lead and independently execute all Hydraulic related engineering activities in studies, FEED and EPC projects. </li><li>Responsible for technical documents, drawings, equipment manuals</li><li>Participate in Mechanical Completion, Acceptance Testing and follow up of installation</li><li>Participate in internal and external meetings</li><li>Identify and clarify interfaces both internally and externally</li><li>Support Supply Chain in purchasing process of equipment </li><li>Other tasks within the Topside Departments field of responsibility</li></ul><br><b>Education &amp; Experience:</b><ul><li>Minimum BSc within Mechanical, Process hydraulic, etc</li><li>Relevant experience may compensate for formal education</li><li>Competence in design and specification of Hydraulic systems for offshore use</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience from Oil &amp; Gas or Marine Engineering</li></ul><br><b>Job knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b><ul><li>Practical and solution minded with good interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Fluent in English, spoken and written </li><li>Capable of independently manage all relevant activities within engineering of Hydraulic systems</li><li>Knowledge of relevant international standards.</li><li>Desire to work in a multidisciplinary environment</li></ul><ul><li>System and solution oriented, with good communication skills</li><li>Able to work efficiently both in teams and autonomously</li></ul><br><b>We can offer:</b><ul><li>International working environment and career opportunities through all OneSubsea/Schlumberger organization.</li><li>Opportunity to learn and grow within the company</li><li>Good working environment</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li></ul> <br><b>Interested?</b><br>Please apply to this position as soon as possible by following the link.<br>To be considered please upload CV, Application and graduation papers including grades.<br><br>By submitting your CV you indicate your consent for OneSubsea to process your personal details in relation to potential job vacancies.
