As a Lead Engineer - Service Engineering you will be responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters.<br />
<br />
As a Lead Engineer - Service Engineering, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Developing Service design concepts based on user needs, and define allocation to subsystems based on refinement of the design concept</li>
<li>Performing detailed trade studies to define the specifications for features or components</li>
<li>Performing CTQ and requirements flowdown, document their designs, and perform verification of their designs</li>
<li>Capturing service requirements and ensure that systems, subsystems, or component designs meet those requirements</li>
<li>Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations</li>
<li>Working together with business leadership and delivering products as part of a team</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a degree in Engineering or a relevant experience in Engineering/Technology</li>
<li>Have significant experience as an engineer in similar area of competency (Service Engineering)</li>
<li>Have good communication skills</li>
<li>Have good interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence others and lead small teams</li>
<li>Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills</li>
<li>Have proven analytical and organizational ability</li>
<li>Be fluent in English</li>
</ul>
