In this role you will be leading the brand business plan and have the opportunity to drive exciting new projects in NPD and new channel development. Key Responsibilities Include (not Limited To) • Developing and driving the local strategic marketing plans • Be responsible for locally adapting the global brand strategy, as well as connecting with the global teams and other lead markets to develop new strategies and activations • Leading and developing local campaign ideas & assets rooted in deep locally relevant consumer insights working with media & creative agency • Building a brand innovation pipeline leveraging global concepts as well as local insights and identified needs • Building and harnessing the power of a cross functional team to align behind objectives and win within the market to deliver sales, share and profit targets. • Developing and implementing brand pricing strategy and product range optimization alongside the category and sales teams. • Supporting development of a strong marketing team by coaching/mentoring ABM (as indirect report). You will be used to being autonomous in your work but will have support of the Marketing Manager when needed. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, results focussed team player to join the Consumer Health business however, what is as equally important is your attitude to getting the job done whilst having fun doing it. In Addition To This We Are Seeking • Have a business relevant degree, teamed with strong brand management experience gained working in Tier 1 FMCG companies. • A strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships • Experience in NPDs from concept development to launch • Experience in ATL & BLT marketing strategies, from brief to campaign execution • A successful track record in commercial acumen and delivering financial outcomes • Analytical skills to translate facts and figures into growth strategies, experience in IRI Aztec, Nielsen, etc. • Have a high level of influencing and stakeholder management skills. • Be a team player and relish in the autonomy of managing your own portfolio of brands. • Previous experience in relevant categories would be highly regarded, having cross category experiences including FMCG, Beauty, OTC will add value.
