We Are Looking for A Highly Committed: MES Expert in Operational Business Unit (Permanent) Overview This Exciting New Role Reports to The Senior Operations Support Manager Optical Inspection, Device Assembly and Packaging (OIDAP) And Works Closely with The MES Site Implementation Team, Automation, Operations and Operations Support While Having Direct Responsibility For The Successful Introduction Of The MES Solution in the Business Unit. The Candidate Will Own A Key Role As The Connection Point Between The Project Team And The Operations Teams Of All Three Departments (OI, DAP, Operations Support). After Successful Implementation of MES in The Business Unit This Role Will Continue to Act as a Single Point Of Contact For System Enhancements With Coordination And Lead Of Projects With Master Data Impact. Main Responsibilities and Duties are Define Base Design for Master Batch Record And Recipe Structure Create Master Master Batch Records incl. MBR Modeling Define And Execute UAT for System Validation Create And Review Documentation, Create and Update Work Instructions Coordinate And Execute Trainings for Operations and Operations Support Support AIL Concept Development (Automation Integration Layer) and System Interface Specifications Lead of Sub-Workstreams Coordinate Master Data Updates Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree In Natural Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Automation Or Equivalent Preferred 4-6 Years of Experience in Various Fields In Pharmaceutical Industry With A Minimum Of 2 Years In A Role Involved In Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Or Quality Assurance Preferably Experience with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes (GxP) And Related Master Data Management Leadership Experience Is Preferred Project Leadership / Change Management Experience Is Preferred High Affinity for New Technologies And Processes (Automation, Robotics E.G.)
