If you share our passion for discovery and want to find out what you could really do, then here is the place to do it.<br><br><b> Job Summary: </b><br> <br> The engineer will manage the quality performance of selection of mechanical suppliers used by the technology center. <br> <br> Suppliers' location can be local or worldwilde.<br><br>Portfolio of 50 suppliers<br> <br> KPO: Supplier defect rate, Supplier On-Time delivery<br><br>This job has a significant impact on the technology center delivery performance nad plays a key role in maintaining the relationship with the suppliers.<br><br><b> Essential Responsibilities and Duties: </b><br> <ul> <li> Manage non-conformities: RCA + corrective action plan</li> <li> Manage deviation request</li> <li> Manage First Article Qualification (First Article Inspection)</li> <li> Review and analyze supplier quality performances</li> <li> Develop supplier quality improvement plan for key suppliers</li> <li> Develop and apply supplier audit plan</li> </ul> <br><br><b> Skills Required: </b><br> <ul> <li> Master in Mechanical Engineering, with engineering / manufacturing engineering background</li> <li> Understanding of Machining process and special processes as coating, Heat treatement and/or welding</li> <li> Understanding of geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)</li> <li> Effective communication skills needed.</li> <li> Language: Fluent English (read, written and spoken), French intermediate (read, written).</li> <li> Nice to have: <ul> <li> Quality auditor certification</li> <li> Knowledge of SAP and PLQS</li> <li> Knowledge of Microsoft Power platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate...)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Key Experiences and Knowledge Required </b><br> <ul> <li> 0 to 5 years experience as mechanical engineer, Manufacturing engineer, or supplier quality engineer for machined parts and special process</li> </ul> <br><br>Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
