GŁÓWNE OBOWIĄZKI: Prowadzenie i zarządzanie dokumentacją dotyczącą BHP i Ochrony Środowiska Nadzór nad funkcjonowaniem Systemu Zarządzania ISO 14001 i 45001 Realizacja zadań z obszaru BHP i Ochrony Środowiska w zakładzie produkcyjnym zgodnie z wymaganiami prawnymi oraz korporacyjnymi Pozyskiwanie, weryfikacja i aktualizacja decyzji/pozwoleń/zgłoszeń w zakresie BHP i Ochrony Środowiska Reprezentowanie firmy w zakresie BHP i OŚ przed organami administracyjnymi, organami kontrolnymi i jednostkami certyfikacyjnymi Przeprowadzanie szkoleń w zakresie bhp/oś Przeprowadzanie kontroli warunków pracy oraz przestrzegania przepisów i zasad bhp, oś, ppoż. np. kontrole BHP i OŚ, Safety Coaching, udział w odbiorach maszyn i urządzeń Monitorowanie i nadzór nad pracami firm zewnętrznych Bieżące informowanie oraz przedstawianie pracodawcy okresowych analiz stanu bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy, wymagań środowiskowych, stwierdzonych zagrożeń oraz sposobów ich likwidacji Dobór najwłaściwszych środków ochrony zbiorowej i indywidualnej Qualifications WYMAGANIA: Wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie Ochrony Środowiska / BHP(mile widziane doświadczenie w zakresie ochrony PPOŻ) Doświadczenie zawodowe w zakresie BHP i ochrony środowiska Ugruntowana, praktyczna wiedza w zakresie obowiązujących przepisów i norm ochrony środowiska i BHP (ISO 14001 i 45001) Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B1 (komunikatywna w mowie i piśmie), Umiejętność wyznaczania i realizacji celów, Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne, Umiejętność współpracy z zespole.
