MAC, Retail Education Manager

This role is responsible for leading all brand education programs including digital facilitation of traditional classroom programs, nationally. May support instore coaching for key doors in order to achieve of retail sales. Works collaboratively with the National Education Manager to reinforce and embed key trainings in the field through social and virtual methods. Key responsibilities but are not limited to: Has extensive Brand specific product knowledge of skincare, makeup and fragrance Implement and execute Brand Specific Education Strategy for the market to Field and Consultants Implement and deliver digital trainings with staff (field team and consultants) as per global curriculum timelines Include relevant marketing information into Consultant seminars Ensure delivery, Implementation, and completion of full education curriculum to Field and consultants in accordance with Brand standards and timelines via Zoom seminars - Sales Mastery, Accreditation, Masterclass Follow up on execution and cascade of Brand Education to Field Sales Executives to the store teams via monthly updates including coaching on instore services Cascade communication of education documents to relevant Field based staff and Consultants and act as point person for Field Conduct virtual SMC training. Follow up on execution and cascade of SMC and Pure Play Education Content with Field Executives and SMC staff Follow up and maintain grooming and safe retail/ hygiene guideline Attend and participate in self-development programs where needed Execute Education curriculum within Education Budget Assist with distributing gratis & any other tool of trade Assist where applicable with Leadership Task Force Projects Ensure the cascade of Retailer strategy information, to store level, ie Store and Cosmetics managers Participate in Brand meetings and Follow up with Field Commercial team to re-enforce key messages from Brand Conferences and Seasonal Calendar Store visits to follow up on curriculum learnings and coaching Roll out and conducting education program for specific artistry needs and development via Zoom including one to many coaching via zoom Well versed for public and media appearance, to support NEM Demonstrate creative content creation for all digital facets such as but not limited to social, PPT, & Educational materials Conduct at home skincare and makeup service consultations for consumers - zoom master class, one on one virtual services/selling Implement and execute education programs to upskill consultants for virtual services Conduct special events in partnership with NEM for instore execution Ensure the roll out and maintenance of Education related VM/ merchandising guidelines Ensure education of Online and GCC team in relation to product information and consumer related enquiries Support and assist GCC and CE for Facebook and Instagram client enquiries and live chat, including conducting live chat when required Qualifications Person Specifications: Minimum 5 years of experience managing retail operations at a supervisory level, and possessing experience with financial & productivity accountability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
