Position Overview The Solutioning Regions Analyst position is designed to develop FP&A Reporting (Retail Sales specifically) for both, Regional Office and affiliates. This includes planning, retail sales upload, analysis among others. It is expected to be OneSource face externally, managing and nurturing relationships with main stakeholders inside ELC and Retailers. Key Responsibilities Monitor Retailers performance across the company. Support business leaders in day-to-day decision making by providing data in a management-friendly format. Generate strategic insights and analysis. Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally (across Regions) Seeks process optimization opportunities. Above SLA metrics with good consistency in Quality and Timeliness. Succesful or better PDP goals. Constant communication with leader and teammates. Qualifications Qualifications Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering. Minimum 0.5 Years of experience. Fully bilingual, English and Spanish. Results Oriented. Good Stakeholder Management skills. Self learner. Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate or advance level. Good interpersonal skills. Good discipline to support follow up of new developments and innovation efforts. Additional Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Minimum Years of Experience: 3+ years Excellent written and spoken English, and Spanish Additional Details Work shift: Monday – Friday.
