This person must be based in Sydney. About the Role: You will be responsible for: Conducting internal Salesforce Training and CommunicationsCreation and Maintenance of Business Documentation including training materials User Acceptance TestingOnboarding usersCustomisation and Configuration in SalesforceManagement and troubleshooting of issues in SalesforceCreation of requirements and user stories through data analysis, group workshops, user cases, scenarios and business process reviews Review business rules to refine requirementsClean and maintain dataProvide project, deployment, and change management support to internal usersTranslation and communication of business solutions with both technical and solution focused individuals Skills and Technical Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator CertificationExperience as a Salesforce Administrator for a end user or partnerExperience working end to end on salesforce projects is highly regardedExcellent Communication Skills You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role: Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship rights are a requirement.
