MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) — or sometimes (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) — refers to the equipment, tools and activities associated with the daily operations of a business. The Industrial MRO Specialist is responsible for industrial portfolio growth and share of wallet growth with Schneider Electric industrial end users. Working collaboratively with our electrical wholesaler partners, you will support and leverage MRO contracts to achieve product replacement, conversion, and rationalisation at selected sites. Your primary mission is to establish Schneider Electric as the preferred supplier for electrical MRO with our wholesaler partners. The Industrial MRO Specialist will contribute to the overall sales and volume growth of Schneider Electric industrial portfolio products. Your efforts will positively influence delta price growth, drive market share, and contribute to end user transactional pipeline growth. About You Your knowledge of and working experience in industrial electrical environments offers our customers credibility and confidence in the availability of our solutions when they need them. This role will position you as a technical and solution oriented “trusted advisor” ensuring continuity of operation, optimising inventory levels, helping streamline procurement, improve supply chain relationships, and ensure our customers stay ahead of any operational failures. Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we do believe that instrumental to your success in this role will be your knowledge of industrial switchgear and control products, and associated equipment in this industrial basket. Complimenting this could be a background in electrical engineering or similar, or familiarity in the Schneider Electric “go to market” and end user supported ecosystem.
