BMSの企業方針、プロモーションコード及びマーケティングのブランドPOAに則って製品プロモーションを実行する B. 医療従事者と信頼関係を構築し、病院及び地域医療に自社製品を通して貢献する C. 継続的な製品・疾患学習と情報伝達スキルトレーニングを通じて、科学的データに基づいた正確な情報提供活動を医療用医薬品 販売情報提供ガイドラインに則り行う。 必要な知識/スキル (Required knowledge/skills) その業務に従事する場合に必要な知識、スキル、経験、コミュニケーション（言語力含む）/協力のレベル、深さ、範囲と言った要素を含む。 (Range of knowledge/skills/experience required and degree/depth/scope of communication (Inc. language skill)/corroboration.) 知識 製品学術知識及び担当製品の疾患領域知識（高い製品知識のみならず競合製品及び関連知識を有している） 特に循環器、リウマチ、乾癬領域における上記の知識 医薬品の制度・流通・関連法規に関する知識 スキル 顧客ニーズを把握できるコミュニケーション能力 課題抽出のための分析力 自己管理能力 相手を巻き込める交渉力、ネゴシエーションスキル 効果的なプレゼンテーションスキル 経験 MRとして大学病院及び基幹病院を担当し、卓越した業績を上げた経験 循環器、リウマチ、乾癬領域でのMR経験 英語力 英文資料を読解できる程度の英語力 Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
