Site Name: Australia - NSW - Sydney Metro Posted Date: Jul 2 2022 Business Support Associate – Ethnopharmacology We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Associate on a 12-month contract basis to join the GSK Research and Development team based in Sydney. This position will support management of information and document preparation and provide general support to the Ethnopharmacology Group. About you: You will be a strong communicator that can support relationships across GSK and other R&D functions. You will have an eagerness to deliver on deadlines, with demonstrated organisational and time management experience. You will be results driven and demonstrate personal initiative. You will ideally have an R&D, science or medical background as well as experience with Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide general support to the Ethnopharmacology group such as communication with stakeholders including in R&D, meeting co-ordination and maintaining team sites Assist in preparation of documents using Word Research information related to the work of the Ethnopharmacology Group and prepare summaries including tables and figures using appropriate software Verify data quality Maintain an electronic database of scientific literature (Endnote) eg importing references from PubMed In return: In return, we can offer you a rewarding culture that values you, focuses on your career progression, and makes you an integral part of our success.
