<p>Award-winning Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) has a fantastic opportunity for <strong>travel-hungry graduates</strong> to join our <strong>Fast Track Graduate Programme</strong>. &nbsp;The programme offers a comprehensive yet bespoke pathway, that provides all the support and development you need to progress to a senior level. Within the programme, you’ll experience a variety of roles spanning several disciplines, such as Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Technology, Marketing and Product.</p>
<p>The programme combines <strong>senior leader mentoring</strong>, <strong>career management </strong>and<strong> networking</strong> with <strong>personal and professional development</strong>. &nbsp;Participants are paired with members of the F<strong>CTG senior management team</strong> who provide one-to-one mentoring, <strong>career guidance</strong> and facilitate exposure to the wider business.</p>
