As the Logistics Executive you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Logistics to achieve continuity of supply in order to support the business, and work on enhancing the processes from the dispatch of goods from the Manufacturing Sites until arrival in the local warehouse, storage and delivery to the Customers at most optimum cost. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Consistently monitor all Incoming Shipments & Deliveries and ensure that they will be commercially available based on QA standards and on established lead time Address all gaps that add unnecessary costs along the chain; i.e. demurrage and storage costs in PH ports Adapts to the GSK Processes to meet the Quality and Regulatory Standards, and Good Warehousing and Manufacturing Standards Works with Customer Service Team and with Demand Team to achieve the targeted Supply Chain Metrics Helps manage the 3PL Performance Keen on Inventory Control (Managing Inventory across the Warehouses) and Reconciliation Helps manage the Repacker and local Contract Manufacturer Keen on cost management with good balance vs. Customer Service. Check and controls billings from Suppliers With enough level of expertise on Inventory Related Transaction in SAP Knows to prioritize workload based on impact to the business Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain- Logistics, Accounting or Management courses Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain related function In depth knowledge on Supply Chain in a Healthcare FMCG environment Very good level proficiency in MS Excel, and in SAP Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Able to work on own initiative, results oriented Very good interpersonal skills with ability to resolve Logistics related issues Qualification in a supply chain related discipline, logistics, importations and Customs Releases Processes Why GSK Consumer Healthcare?
