We are looking for Data Officer CEE located in our office in Warsaw, Poland. What does Data Officer ? Takes the lead in designing and forming a new organization across CEE Zone, evaluating the needs and priorities Owns the roadmap of the Data Strategy, by coordinating efforts and communicating the vision and execute this global Data Strategy in their Data Office Aligns Data Strategy with Business Needs, Business Priorities and Strategic Plan. Liaises with Data Consumers and local management Reviews and approves projects and programs, based on their business value Evaluates existing tools and works actively for their better utilization or replacement. Leads data programs following the Data Excellence Operating Model Champions data compliance and data ethics Follows the evolution of major data programs, and enables progress Fosters collaboration between all parties involved in Data Delivery Is accountable for adequate management of Data Risks and Controls Is responsible for creating the adequate team for the entity based on the different data roles and validating proper training What qualifications will make you successful? Degree in Engineering or Computer Science Extensive Data practitioner experience (min 5 years in similar role) Strong analytical and data visualization skills, experience in working with market data analysis will be an asset An empathic leader with relationship management experience Experience working on large scale cross-functional programs Problem solving skills combined with proactive approach and ability to drive projects under the supervision of global implementation teams Excellent project management, prioritization, and coordination ability Refined ability to negotiate and influence at a senior level and across multiple functions Outstanding communication skills Demonstrated process thinking and detail orientation Familiarity with data science concepts as well as business operations / operating systems and processes What's in it for me?
