We are looking for technical leaders that are passionate about leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs from initialization to closure. These initiatives include daily hands-on management of program activities utilizing Agile methodology and working cross-functionally with multiple technical teams for efficient delivery of business solutions by directing them towards focused outcome. The Project Management team is responsible for managing projects using ELC (Estee Lauder Company) processes, tools, and methodologies through the entire project lifecycle, this includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals and roadblocks. Effective project management to provide predictability, productivity, and maturity to solution delivery. Deeply engage with business and technical requirements as well as team leads to discover technical and business dependencies. Work with engineering teams to plan delivery: break down project scope into completable parts, build timeline and provide transparency into each deliverable part while keeping the team focused on time-commitments to meet deadlines. Experienced in communicating to stakeholder teams on project impediments with ability to relay technical challenges. Improve project management and delivery processes to provide transparency to stakeholders on each phase of execution. Experienced in negotiation of priority in project delivery with agile mindset. Ownership on generation of the project summary and communication of the project status to executive teams. Work with technical teams to build out launch playbook to enable launch of the applications into a complex production environment. Strong technical and leadership skills to foster effective working relationships to coordinate technical and business efforts across the organization and with consulting partners. Experienced in standing up process to identify risks and mitigation strategies for project delivery. Experienced moving projects from inception to delivery, articulating the impact using metrics. Strong Agile experience and adaptability in methodology of project delivery based on team capabilities, deadlines, and risks. Experienced in empowering innovation within technology group via effective processes and strategies. Excellent presentation skills to report on team’s successes and department collaboration related to project delivery. Key Activities Collaborate closely with Global Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices. Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to create and execute NDAs/Contracts/Statements of Work/Change Orders, to monitor and renegotiate upon expiration of those documents. Collaborates with engineering leads to develop project milestones and facilitates development and testing progress against milestones. Collaborates with other product managers across different BUs in developing new features and ensuring appropriate support. Attends project meetings, provides project status to the Project/Program Manager and assumes the ownership for the delivery of the technical components of the program Effectively applies ELC / IT PMO methodology and enforces project standards across projects and work efforts. Provides Project Financial Management, to: Ensure project funding processes are completed. Manage project budget and changes. Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Update project forecasts on a monthly basis. Track and report on project burn rate. Creates and coordinates communication to stakeholders and assists with stakeholder management. Tracks key project milestones and manages project plans, budget and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders based on agreed requirements and scope, using defined change control processes. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources (people/money) of the work effort being managed. Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. Ensure all programs and projects are delivered comprehensively, completely, on time, and within budget. Collaborate with Projects/Governance Teams to kick off new projects, to submit project documentation, and to report project status. Responsible for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through. Delivery implementation. Identifies resource needs and ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments. Performs quality reviews and follows quality assurance procedures. Manage project risk exposure and will escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Directs and monitors work efforts daily & selects appropriate work procedures and approaches to address technical/functional, process and/or people challenges. Qualifications Technical Skills and Qualifications Supply Chain / Distribution Order Management Technology Applications / product feature design (SAP ERP experience preferable). Understanding of “Black Book” consumer management, campaign management, assisted selling, mobile point of sale, omni channel functionality, appointment planning, task management, event management, and time and attendance, and consumer communication. Integration Technologies Big Data Analytics Technologies and Areas; SAP, Retail Unity, Packaging, Power BI, FMCG, Logistics, Configuration, Cloud solution, Order management experience. SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management Understanding of future technologies. Functional Skills Knowledge of budgeting and work scheduling tools and techniques. SDLC Methodologies - Agile / Scrum / Rapid Development / Iterative Development / Waterfall.
