Mobilisation Coordinator

My Client is a large international EPCI consultancy who specialise in Petrochemical and chemical projects globally. Due to expansion, they are searching a Mobilisation coordinator for a 12 month renewable contract to be based in the Rotterdam Area.<br><br>  <br><br> The mobilisation Coordinator will be required to have experience in:<br><br> Permit eligibility and coordinate with the IND and relocation service department for visa processing<br><br> Advise on permit and visa costings<br><br> Track permits and visas<br><br> having a system to ensure extension for visas and permits are done in a timely manner<br><br> Preparing welcome letters and inductions for new starters<br><br> Maintain a HR database and file documents appropriately<br><br> Maintain employee records on system<br><br> Arranging inductions and informing new starters of policies and start instructions<br><br> Support on local schooling and accommodation for new starters<br><br>  <br><br> The Mobilisation Coordinator will be required to have 3+ years experience in this field and Dutch speaking is preferred<br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
