<b>This role as a Service Delivery Coordinator for Completions &amp; Wellbore Intervention (CWI), is a critical role to the Baker Hughes CWI Canada Business; there is a vast array of responsibilities on this role including, customer relations, material management, job scheduling and planning, and coordination of Field Specialists. In addition as a leader in the CWI Canada business it is imperative to Lead by example, demonstrating strong alignment to our values of Grow, Collaborate, Lead, and Care. Driving Flawless Execution and a key focus on HSE.</b><br />

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:</p>

<li>Field Operations Scheduling and Coordinating</li>
<li>Personnel Coordinating</li>
<li>Materials Management</li>
<li>Operational Support and Trouble Shooting</li>
<li>Customer Liaison and Support</li>
<li>Align Client needs to Company objectives.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will have:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree or a high school diploma/GED</li>
<li>Have at least 5 years of working experience as a Field Service Coordinator</li>
<li>Previous upstream oilfield services experience</li>
<li>Be a good team player and display good communication skills</li>
<li>Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills</li>
<li>Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving difficult customer issues</li>
<li>Be able to provide, practical, hands-on technical guidance and support to your team</li>
</ul>
