ç9D0 : Senior Manager Operations

Position Summary: The Road Transit Hub of Duiven (QAR) is the heart of the road network, with more than 400 FTE and 65K packs/day. The new QAR 2.0 will drive additional capacity with new automated sorter and transition to loose load. The hub will be managed by two senior manager. This Empr deals with the position in charge of all the activities supporting the warehouse standard sort, including Office activities (help desk, administrative tasks), Workforce management, Control room, Control center, shunting activities, yard management (fleet), paperwork, export, DG, Custom cage, Origin process... The senior manager will lead the team to achieve our People Service Profit goals and drive the change with the new QAR 2.0 and all related actions. The senior manager is responsible for the results of the hubs, ensuring efficient cross functional relations with all support functions. The quality of the relationship with the other QAR senior manager will be key to ensure the hub is operating efficiently.
