Web UI/UX Expert

Site Name: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka Posted Date: Jun 30 2022 Job Purpose This role will be responsible for executing DDCx priorities within the organization and work alongside respective brand owner(s) / site owner(s) and function as the expert in user experience design across both customer and public-facing GSK-owned sites. This role requires strategic planning alongside Cx Expert and brand owners to deliver omnichannel marketing campaigns; as well as operational excellence with off-shore MOC support for management of web channels. Collaboration with both local Tech and Global Product Owners for owned media is also expected. The incumbent will also be expected to improve or optimize the system environment and operational processes under the supervision of the respective team leaders in line with the ever-changing internal and external environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver UI/UX strategic planning for web-related owned medias Measure and optimise owned media to improve ease of use (usability), and create the best user experience Continuous monitoring and conducting of multiple surveys/researches to understand user pain points, backgrounds, and motivations. Provide operational support for web content distribution and updates Optimise operational processes for web-based channels Collaborate with other members of the team to create user-centered web designs and customer experiences that anticipate and meet the needs of the customers in line with marketing strategies and sales activities Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that activities appropriately uphold Digital Governance 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry – knows how healthcare industry can do / cannot do Communication skills to respond appropriately to questions and requests from stakeholders Technical knowledge of Database and Web-based 経験Experience Experience in responsive web design and UX research and planning; preferably across both pharmaceutical commercial and external industries Area of Specialization UI/UX/ Web design expertise 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language Bachelor’s degree of Business, or similar to demonstrate equivalent learning agility Business level of English (conversational English, able to express opinions at global team meeting) Business level of Japanese 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification スキル Skill Project Management Interpersonal Skills Communication skills, preferably across both English and Japanese Able to display user empathy and problem solving Technical knowledge of Business Intelligence 経験 Experience Experience in wireframing and communicating ideas to global and local stakeholders Working experience in 2 years of Pharmaceutical industry 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language Advanced English level Advanced / Native Japanese Level Our goal is to be one of the world’s most innovative, best performing and trusted healthcare companies.
