Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES Manage the learning requirements for the employees. The work is divided in 2 main categories: LMS (learning management system) administration – this is the client’s system where the candidate will have to perform the daily requests received by the client. Communication will be performed via email (approx. 98%) using our ticketing system so this will require that the candidate has a good level of written English and the ability to manage a high volume of emails each day maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Logistics – Interacting with 3rd parties such as venues, printing offices, couriers to make sure that the employees have the correct accommodation and training materials There will also be rare cases where the team members will have to interact with the client directly via a call.
