<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
To assist the Dentist in providing Primary Dental Care, i.e. incarrying out dental procedures, infection control in the room,patient education, liaises with dental lab, patient escort andbasic life support to the patients in case of emergency.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
1. Diploma in Medical Nursing or Bachelor Dental Degree(preferred).2. Diploma as Dental Assistant (essential).3. Licensed as a Dental Assistant or Nurse from the Supreme Council of Health (SCH) or getting one within 6 months (essential).<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
1. Minimum of 3-5 years dental assistant experience in a primarydental care practice (essential).2. Certificates in Cross Infection Control and Four HandedDentistry, which would enable registry as a Dental SurgeryAssistant with the Supreme Council of Health (SCH) in Qatar(recommended).3. BLS (Basic Life Support) (essential).<br />
