We deliver engineered-to-order solutions in a wide range of industries and geographical locations.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Project Manager, you will take ownership for managing the full project life-cycle of our Nexus Controls projects. Working in collaboration with customers you will lead and inspire your team to deliver complex and innovative projects that will make a real impact in the energy world.<br><br>As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Acting as primary customer contact for the execution phrase of all assigned projects.</li><li>Coordinating and managing client services projects - includes reporting and accountability of schedule, budget, project performance and quality.</li><li>Involved in project planning, estimating, scheduling, staffing, procurement and execution of project scope of work.</li><li>Managing cross-functional matrix projects through the full project life cycle process, identifying risks and executing appropriate response plans using risk management process.</li><li>Providing support to sales and service teams in preparation of project scope and assist in other relevant technical communications with customers.</li><li>Managing organic growth through change orders using Nexus Controls Change Order process and ensuring customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.</li><li>Have a minimum of 5 years industry experience as a Project Manager in either Power Generation or Oil & Gas.</li><li>Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers</li><li>Be fluent in the English and Korean language (Native Korean Speaker).</li><li>Possess a valid Drivers License and Passport.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to customers, both internal and external.</li><li>Have a solid understanding of SAP project management and accounting transactions as well as Microsoft Project Planner</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
